Helpful, knowledgeable, good listener, and moderate/transparent in his service fees. What a relief to turn over certain challenges in fixing up old bikes for my grandsons to a really cordial, experienced "rescuer" - and he diagnosed & fixed the bikes immediately, as I waited!
