Wonderful addition to the town's environment. This is the sort of high touch, experiential service ideas that are essential to a vibrant community. Great place to gather. Warm and welcoming staff always helpful. Coffee is on.
What a waste of commercial space in our town. They're unwilling to service bikes as a bike shop, and won't even engage you when you walk in the door. Doesn't appear to be an actual business.
I came here to get a little work done on my Seven, and I was blown away by the customer service. Rob helped me and was amazing. He made me feel really good about going through Ride to get my Seven and his work was meticulous on my bike (even giving it a pretty thorough cleaning before he gave it back to me). I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The space was beautiful as well. There were comfortable couches, a TV showing a race, and my wife loved her cold brewed coffee that she got. It's a bit out of the way for me, but felt really good about the trip after I left.
